As autumn arrives and the almond trees signal the land's period of rest, Son Molí Country House is coming to the end of its debut season. We are leaving with hearts full of gratitude and quiet joy for experiencing a unique year — our debut as a boutique rural hotel in Mallorca, where nature, serenity, and heartfelt hospitality have formed the foundation of every guest's experience.

It has been a season of discovery and emotion. From the first bookings to the warm farewells, each and every one of our guests has become part of our story. Travellers from near and far came to our country estate in the heart of Mallorca, not just for accommodation, but for a place to slow down, reconnect, and allow the rhythm of nature to dictate the pace of life.

A refuge that breathes authenticity

Surrounded by fields, windmills and the light of the Mediterranean, Son Molí Country House has shown that true luxury lies in doing simple things well, not in excess.

In its 22 rooms, which blend rural charm with contemporary design and fine materials, each sunrise is unique and each sunset a tranquil spectacle.

Each dish pays tribute to the island, incorporating ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil, seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs, and Mallorcan wines that capture the essence of this fertile land.
